Engelsk beskrivning om dig själv: July is a PhD student in the Department of War Studies in the Military Strategy Division. She holds a first Master's in International Relations and a second in International Security Studies from Macquarie University, Sydney - Australia.

July's research focuses on the nuclear strategic debate, with a strong emphasis on French nuclear posture and doctrine. Her work examines issues of nuclear legitimization, signalling, deterrence, and the acquisition and deployment of nuclear weapons.

Her PhD thesis examines the French nuclear strategic debate from the Cold War to today.
