    If you receive the status deleted;

    • you did not meet the entry requirements (for example due to missing documents, verification difficulties or insufficient knowledge of English) or
    • you are admitted to another programme that you ranked higher in your application.

    You will receive the status not processed if your application was late and therefore not processed.

  4. Laptop.

    Welcome letter

    Shortly after the admissions results have been published on universityadmissions.se, you will receive a welcome letter from the Swedish Defence University with instructions on how to accept your seat. Please note that you must accept (or decline) your seat. Do keep a look-out in your mailbox!

  5. Talarkort

    Conditionally admitted?

    You may have been admitted with a condition. In that case there are some steps you need to finalise before being officially admitted.

    • You may need to pay the first installment of the tuition fee if you are a fee-paying student.
    • You may also be in your final year of your bachelor's studies and therefore required to present a degree certificate and final transcripts. Details are provided on your University Admissions account.
  6. Waiting list (reserve)

    If you have not been admitted you are placed on a waiting list. When a seat becomes available we contact those on the waiting list in strict numerical order. We cannot provide updates on your status, please wait for us to contact you (in some cases this may be right before the start of term). Note that your queue-number does not change.

Paying your tuition fee

NB! Once you have received an offer of admission an invoice will be sent to your email address. Please do not pay the tuition fee before you receive your invoice. Your invoice comes with a reference number, that must be stated in your payment. We can not accept any payments without an invoice reference number.
